Privacy Policy

No accounts, no server-side user database

AgentBlock has no user accounts and no server-side user database. That is a design fact, not a setting: there is no sign-up, no password, and no profile stored on our servers. Most of what the product needs to remember lives only in signed cookies in your own browser, described below.

What we collect

• Kit-build inputs: your per-agent block and allow choices and your allowlist entries. These are stored only in a signed cookie in your browser (ab_policy, 7 days) so the site can generate your downloads. They are not stored in a server database.
• Plan state: a signed cookie (ab_plan, 30 days) recording your tier after you redeem a license key. The key you paste at /redeem is verified and is not turned into an account.
• Classify API inputs: user-agent strings you submit to the classify API, processed to return a verdict.
• Standard server logs: IP address, browser, and timestamps, kept for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• Support email: if you email us, your email address and message, used to reply to you.

What we do not collect

• No payment card details ever touch AgentBlock servers. Card details go directly to the payment provider.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The cookies described above are strictly-necessary signed state cookies.

How we use this information

We use it only to operate the service: generate your kit downloads, record the plan tier you redeemed, return classify verdicts, keep the service secure and reliable, prevent abuse, and reply to support email. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights and retention

Most product data lives in your own browser cookies. Clear those cookies, or use the reset on /account (reset-plan), to erase your plan and policy state from that browser. Downloaded kit files are standalone files on your own systems and are yours to keep or delete.

For access to, or deletion of, anything else — for example support correspondence — email [email protected]. We respond to requests within 30 days.

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention, then rotated.

Children

AgentBlock is a business tool for site owners and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
